Approval of the re-appointment of Mrs. Kumkum Modi who will attain the age of 75 years as per regulation 17 of SEBI(LODR), 2015 subject to necessary approval of shareholders. 3. Appointment of M/s. Soniya Gupta & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years & to fix their remuneration subject to necessary approval of shareholders. 4. Re-appointment of M/s M.K. Singhal & Co., Cost Accountants (FRN: 00074) as Cost Auditors of the Company for the FY 2025-26. 5. Approval of the Notice & Directors Report along with annexures of the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
