The Board of Directors of the Company has today approved the appointment of Mr. Harsh Vardhan Shringla as an Additional Director (Non Executive, Independent) effective August 09, 2025 and to hold office as an Independent Director for a term of 5 years i.e., from August 09, 2025 upto August 08, 2030, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
