Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from July 01, 2025 and shall be opened 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025.
