Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2014, we hereby inform that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Director of the Company has appointed Mr. Udayan Dileep Choksi as an Independent Director of the Company effective from 20th September, 2025 subject to the approval of shareholders.
