The Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025 along with the Limited Review report therein. 2. To appoint Secretarial Auditor of the Company for one term of first five consecutive years. 3. To consider raising of funds pursuant to an issue of equity shares of the Company with a face value of ? 10 each (the 'Equity Shares') by way of a Rights Issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company, subject to the receipt of applicable regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required. 4.
