The 105th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 5th September 2025 and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 30th August 2025 to Friday, 5th September, 2025 (both days inclusive) for payment of Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25.The Company has fixed the cut-off date of Friday, 29th August 2025 for the purpose of determining the members eligible to vote on the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM.
