Unitec Fibres was incorporated on February 11, 2005. The company manufactures Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre (RPSF) using PET flakes, PET chips and other polyester waste, processing them into fibres with customised properties such as colour and density. Its products serve automobile, home furnishing and textile industries while supporting waste reduction, resource conservation and sustainable production
